Our programs are tailor-made to meet your needs by offering a full continuum of care, living arrangements, structure, extended care, and independent living.
Part of offering comprehensive care is understanding different levels of care.
This is an acute, intensive and structured inpatient detox program geared toward the person who is in need of medical intervention and supervision due to:
- High risk of withdrawals
- Risk of further medical complications as a result of substance use
The focus of inpatient detoxification is on medical stabilization with an emphasis on effective discharge planning that will assist in on-going recovery.
This level of care is an acute, medically supervised and structured inpatient program geared toward the person who is experiencing:
- Severe symptomatology
- Behavioral issues
These can either be a result of their substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis. These individuals are at an elevated risk for further decompensation and/or relapse.
RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM
A Residential Treatment Program features a level of care that is appropriate for those in need of structure and security in the early stages of recovery. Residential addiction treatment is also recommended for clients who may be more prone to relapse. This level of care involves the use of:
- Solution oriented traditional psychotherapy (group and individual)
- Nutritional counseling
- Recreational opportunities
- Relapse prevention education and therapy
- 12 Step Recovery Programs
Our residential addiction treatment program has been developed to enhance each client’s potential for ongoing recovery. This level of care is both intensive and extensive in the number of client hours, the issues covered, and the solutions generated.
PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM
Partial Hospitalization is an outpatient, structured program geared toward the person who is experiencing, or has the potential to experience, moderate to severe high-risk behaviors and/or symptoms as a result of their limited supports and/or their ability to access existing supports. A Partial Hospitalization Program focuses on enhance the individual’s existing support systems while developing the necessary coping skills to address any obstacles that prevent sustained recovery and healthy emotional functioning.
INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)
Intensive Outpatient Programs are geared toward helping individuals who are in need of both continued support and a therapeutic setting to reinforce their ongoing recovery related activities. The emphasis of an Intensive Outpatient Program is the consistent growth and advancement of coping skills and life skills that nurture independent living and personal development.
AFTER CARE PROGRAM
An important aspect of a comprehensive treatment plan is an After Care Program. This is a continued effort over an extended period to reinforce all the elements of the inpatient, residential and outpatient levels of care. Palm Partners Recovery Center offers various options for the individual to stay connected after leaving the more intensive levels of treatment, including the Alumni Program and the Recovery Coaching Program. These opportunities are to extend the process of growth and education for continued sobriety long after someone leaves the safety and structure of treatment.
