In the News: Lindsay Lohan Switches Rehabs Again; May be Headed to Palm Beach

via wifflegif.com

After entering the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs on May 3, LiLo transferred to Cliffside in Malibu last week. Now sources say she will be moving again, to a rehab on the East Coast, for the final 30 days of her court ordered 90 day sentence.

A California judge has approved the troubled starlet’s request to leave Cliffside in Malibu and enter Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, N.Y., but insiders say that Lohan is also trying to get the Lukens Institute in Palm Beach approved. If Lukens makes the cut, LiLo may go there instead.

Lindsay pled no contest to reckless driving and lying to police investigating her June 2012 car crash in Santa Monica, California, and was ordered to complete 90 days of treatment.

According to New York Daily News’ Confidenti@l column, Lindsey left Betty Ford because she claimed that drugs had been smuggled to another patient.  She headed to Cliffside, a luxury facility that sits on two acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean and boasts a pool, meditation gardens and even a professional chef. Now she is gearing up to switch facilities again.

Confidenti@l  reports that whichever rehab Lohan decides on, she will be escorted by a rehab staffer throughout the transfer, on her flight and again on the ride to her new rehab. She will not be left alone at any point.
